Because I know you have all been waiting with bated breath to see how I got on with the biopsy I had recently, otherwise known as a LLetz, I am proud to tell you that my cervix has passed with flying colours. Nothing abnormal detected. Yeah!!! 
I cried reading the letter.
I do however, think it deserves a treat for passing, so I am taking it out for dinner later.
