I like dandelions but my son doesn't. His lawn newly mown from badly overgrown with tall coarse weeds is nearly all dandelion.
He could use selective weed killer. Or he could rotivate, rake, and make them into compost. I image stripping and turfing would be expensive as it's a big area.
Is there any other thing he could do to have grass instead of dandelions? Preferably so he can get grass before the autumn.
