Due to the man whose garden adjoins the bottom of ours being a twerp and weed killering the bottom of his/our garden wall to get rid of a dog rose, we are looking for suggestions for a replacement for the clematis that also grew there.
We would like evergreen and winter flowering.
Has anyone any suggestions please?
