Individual Quiche competition...

Probably about 4" diameter? Bigger than a one bite size anyway.
No idea re baking times, am sure someone on here will know.

There are plenty of individual quiche recipes on the internet. Just google them.

I have a set of loose bottomed quiche tins with fluted sides. The diameter across the base is 10.5cm 4.25". The depth is 2cm. They are non stick coated. I can't remember where I bought them but they work very well.

Many thanks Nelliemoser! And others who gave me ideas - made the quiche and got second prize.

Just baked three small quiches. I made 4oz pastry, one large egg and same amount of double cream. I made them in individual Yorkshire pudding tins. I baked the pastry blind. Filled the cases and baked the quiches for 30 mins at 190°c. They looked like this.! It's on a small tea plate (for scale).

PS. It measures 3 1/2 inches across.

I don't have individual quiche tins but I would use a Yorkshire pudding tin with the four holes if I was making them which I am not
