brandy cream

I have been left with a large tub of Aldi brandy cream. Nobody wants any more Xmas pudding or mince pies so any suggestions how I can use it up please smile

Have it in coffee, hot chocolate? Freeze it in rosettes or dollops and use it as and when.

Can cream be frozen kittylester? I know I ought to know this at my age, but I don't. If so, I have rather a lot of cream in the fridge that can be frozen for future celebrations.
Whenim64 - sounds to me like you've been having a bit too much fun and frivolity over the Christmas period, the very idea......

Someone has already asked if cream can be frozen, and it can if whipped first, and then freeze in small usable portions.

Yes, ice cream with things stirred in like cookie dough pieces, Christmas pudding, cherries in Kirsch, stem ginger, meringue pieces and so on. Although George Clooney.......grin
