Not at work so no proper scales to use [mine aren't very accurate] but all I know is that I'm sticking to my diet/healthy eating plan really well, with no eating between meals, although we're at Cheltenham tomorrow for the racing and will have to take sandwiches to eat [can't easily smuggle other sorts of food in
]. Hopefully going oop north next week and should kick start some exercise as well [note to self; don't forget to pack the walking poles].
