Hi I watch a ton of weight loss programmes in hope that someone somewere will say something to motivate me or help me shift the two stone I wish to loose.
Yesterday I watched a guy trying to loose weight and he said that he was looking forward to loosing the weight and I thought, yes this is good, I can look forward to loosing the weight, i never looked at it like that before, I usually think up hill battle can not eat this or that so boring and I usuaually give up at the start. But looking forward to loosing the weight attitude has defently helped me.
