Even thought it's only Mr P and I for Christmas, the title seems to sum it up!
Oh, and add "unwrap, rewrap, change foil as previous one no longer fit for purpose"
And the jolly game of "fridge shuffle/hokey cokey" (In out, in out, you move it all about, you shuffle gammon & the turkey 'til you tear your hair out, that's what it's all about)
I used to have to find space for the home made trifle too, but sadly (?) no longer, as Mr P doesn't have a liking for it. TBH, when with ex h, trifle was my choice for Boxing Day breakfast!

Yes, I do miss that!
Mr P doesn't really "do" puddings, nor mince pies, hence I've got a whole box of 6 in the cupboard all for me, and a tub of the extra thick brandy cream in the fridge! 
You can never have enough hm in my opinion
