We usually book all our flights hotels or holiday packages online.

We are going to Canada and all our options were a bit overwhelming so on the advice of our daughter and SIL who are frequent flyers we called Dial a Flight.

Our advisor Amelia listened to our needs then emailed all the options in a clear and concise format.
She arranged a call back a couple of days later we then booked, she took us through every detail, visas, car hire everything, we didn’t need hotel accommodation or internal flights but that could have been arranged.

She sent a PDF with all our travel arrangements then called yesterday to check all was OK and give us the company 24/7 number should we need them.

I cannot stress how excellent the customer service is and how well trained and knowledgeable staff is.

Anyone booking a holiday or flight anywhere I highly recommend this company it was stress free and the same price as we would have paid online.

We’re going to Australia next year for a month and moving around . We used Flight Centre as recommended by friends.
Our guy is an Australian and new Zealand expert and has been so helpful in planning our trip . He’s sorted out international and internal flights plus some hotels and given us ideas regarding our itinerary.
One interesting point is that because some hotels are included , it’s classed as a package and we get ATOL protection. Plus if we have any issues flight centre will deal with it .
Like the OP we normally book everything independently online , but with a more complicated trip we wanted to use a TA .
