An article discussing ebikes, what makes them illegal and what a problem they are on the streets of our cities. Apparently you can buy a kit or an entire bike from China for very little which, of course, doesn't make it clear that it is illegal to ride the offending bike on the road. Difficult for the police to catch these people but it is definitely being paid attention to.
Please don't turn this into a cyclist bashing thread, that isn't the point of posting!
