Tomorrow - at least it is for children in parts of Scotland. Many teachers have been in since yesterday, preparing for the crowds to descend. Where has the time gone since the holidays started? Of course, once the schools go back the weather will improve...

When I taught, I was in every day after the results came out, organising my classroom for the new timetable and making it welcoming. Plus catching up with colleagues. The two in service days are usually taken up with cpd and meetings. And usually the weather was great, as it has been in central Scotland yesterday and today!
