Yes , I’m another one awake at this unearthly hour. Mind you I couldn’t keep my eyes open watching Frozen Planet. Night night.

Just up now having a decaf tea and a look up the garden.

You lot are probably asleep now Anyway I'm awake. Just had a hot chocolate and a small piece of cheese.

Can't settle tonight so have had some porridge to keep me warm. I'm too mean to put the central heating on. Thought there might have been a full moon which sometimes keeps me awake, but no - so it's probably down to too much caffeine before bedtime

I try not to have caffeine after 6pm. It does that to me too.

I used to have weetabix with warm milk to settle me off .

Another here who is wide awake. At least I have had some sleep but why does the silly body clock wake me up at this hour?

Mine’s no better Grammaretto ?, I’ve been awake since 4.10 and very restless before that. For some odd reason I wake up ridiculously early most mornings!
Only consolation is that at least today I have little on.

I was awake at 1 , then half four. Given up trying to sleep now as DH is in snore mode.

Wide awake now after Covid coughing fit. I went to bed at 9.30 so have slept but am very fed up with this virus.

slept alright last night but the night before awake so got up 3am cup of tea and cereal relaxed in recliner went back into bed 5 ish and dozed for a while

I'm always awake in the night drives me mad.
