Morrisons free £12

Mine was spend at least £55 for 4 weeks out of 6 and I've received £21 in my offers this week.

I got £27 off for spending £70 for 4 weeks. Yesterday I stood at the checkout behind a man with a similar value voucher which was rejected because part of his shopping was alcohol. Thankfully mine was accepted.

Sounds a bit of a con I don’t mean a scam I mean spending a lot to gain a little

I shop in Morrisons and have noticed that over the last couple of months the quality of the food has really gone down, food on the shelves is very close to its sell by date and often things are not available.

I've always thought of Morrisons as a proper grocer selling quality food, but that seems to be changing.

My average bill has gone up about £20 and I know prives are going up everywhere but I saw a chart the other day showing Morrisons prices have gone up the most.

Is anyone else finding this or is it just me?

I shop in Asda as it’s the nearest to me it’s harder without a car to get to Aldi or Lldl which would be my preferred stores Asda has gone up but I must be adjusting and buying less or cheaper brands or something as my bill used to be just under £30 a week now it’s just over so not a dreadful difference
But I think not eating meat of fish makes a big difference they are the most expensive items

I’ve noticed what you described in Tesco as well when I was in there last week RichmondPark. I wonder if it’s because people are now cutting their spending on food down as far as they possibly can, so supermarkets are being left with older stock because people can no longer afford to buy those items? I hope Morrisons doesn’t follow Tesco in getting rid of the bakeries and deli counters.

I think Bluebell is spot on.
Morrisons is the most expencive shop to go to imo.
An example is,2 weeks ago a white loaf was 59p,yesterday it was 89p,keep it is my opinion.
I only went there as its my Dh`s favourite loaf,he`s going to have to find another one.

Agree with a lot of these comments, other thing that is annoying me I price check online, but then the price is more expensive instore, so frustrating, especially as OH doesn't want to do more than 1 supermarket, I dont drive and am currently on crutches after a knee op, so my normal walk to village and see if any offers or reduces just isnt possible, really feel for people who have this every day, not just for a few weeks.

I was shocked at what I saw in Morrisons yesterday. A tray in the chill cabinet about the size of a 500g mince tray. It was labelled “butchers beef bones” It was a bone with a few fragments of beef and fat on it priced £3.49. Similar to what a local butcher shop years ago would have handed over free of charge to make a pot of soup. This bone was weighed and priced at £4.59 a kilo.
