Turmoil on Black Friday

Whilst being bombarded with life changing savings from all outlets using Black Friday as a sales tool, I find myself frozen in a state of indecision, as I now find that today is also the official Buy Nothing Day.
Its no wonder that I wander around not knowing what day it is

I wasn't planning to buy anything today, anyway, or at least only a car park ticket, necessary to meet up with a friend for lunch.

I boycott every 'buy more' day I ever hear of. I buy what I want when I want and ignore the retail hype.

Someone on TV this morning said that it was impossible to ignore Black Friday. Both DH and I responded"We do ".

I set up an rule for my email to auto delete anything that mentions Black Friday. My mantra for the day. Most days really.

I bought a Christmas gift for DGS 1, but it wasn't included in the Black Friday deals. I just saw the perfect thing.
