I’ve been up for a while too. Still suffering from jet lag from the change in the clocks and waking at silly o’clock. Really tired too!

Still, I have a reflexology appointment this morning, perhaps that may help.

It's still cold here n the south coast although the sun did get up yesterday and it was breezy. Looking out, there seems to be a lot of cloud, so not promising.

Caught up on putting the house to rights after the weekend's visitors so a quiet day planned for today. We'll see what happens.

Morning Nfk - I have the same "jet lag" problem! Up at 5 today.

Going out with an old friend for coffee, a stroll by the Thames, checking out the many charity shops and then a light lunch. Throughout the years we have said we must go out more but we are both very much involved with our DC and DGC that it turns out to be about once a year.

Good morning all. Dark, dry and cold in East Northants. Pottering about and ironing today, followed by afternoon tea with a friend. Still waiting in anticipation for my dog rescue phonecall! Hope it's a good day for everyone.

Good Morning all and to those who follow. It's not nice here in Fife, it's raining! Was lovely yesterday though so must pay the price. Have a early start driving 30 miles to dental hospital for a problem I've had all year. I hope they can do something to rectify the problem.. Keep cosy everyone.

Good Morning All. Cold and damp here in the Northwest so will be preparing chicken soup shortly. GD will very likely call after her nursery drop and a couple of bowls of soup for lunch will be welcoming I'm sure.

Good morning from Birmingham where grey clouds are racing across the sky. I’m going out for lunch today with a group of friends, and someone is giving me a lift because I’m not able to drive yet. Before that two of my daughters will call in with their little girls. I’m missing caring for the grandchildren! Hope to be up to speed next week.

Morning all from a grey and damp Northampton. Cats woke me at 6.15 for their breakfast - their body clocks haven't reset either! Social club this morning - chat, coffee and biscuits, and a (usually) interesting speaker. It gets me out of the house.

Nice day out in town yesterday with DGDs, lunch in Prezzos, and they had fun spending their pocket money.

More sorting out of family photos this afternoon I think.

I was still awake at three and ended up watching "Homes under the Hammer" ! I do like that programme, but never get a chance to watch it.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. Grey today in South Yorkshire. We are off to Meadowhall shopping centre today. I hate the place, and only go if I absolutely have to - and I have to. We will go on the tram and by the time we’ve been there and back most of the day will be gone. Hey ho. Have a good day, folks.

Morning Mick, Annie to come and all others. It's dry here and a bit dull. yesterday was a lovely sunny 'drying' day, and I got the bedrooms sorted after weekend visitors. should try and get the freezer defrosted later, but we'll see.
I don't seem to have been affected by the clocks changing, just a normal dormouse.
