A friend has to have a "sleep deprived EEG" so from 9am one day til 9am the next she has to stay awake.
Right, some ideas please for keeping her awake. There's myself and another friend who both don't sleep a lot so we're devising ways to help keep her awake. Her hubby will drop her off at my house about 10.30-11pm so he can go home to sleep (he's her driver to hospital next day).
So far we've thought about:-
Going to local 24 hour supermarket and have a good browse.
Then back to mine (DH deaf as a post without his aids so won't be disturbed)
Then we can watch an exciting (but not scary) film with all lights on.
Keep snacking and drinking tea (she doesn't like coffee)
Then do our Christmas cards (I know-won't we be smug!)
Play Canasta
Then I'll drive her to other friend's house at about 3am, no doubt more tea (and toast?)
Then I'll go home to bed.
Her DH will collect her about 6.30 to have a shower before setting off for hospital with no heating on, Windows opens, radio blaring!
What do you think? Come on GNetters I'm relying on you for your suggestions!
