Been awake since 6 I gave up at 6.30 and am now sitting on our sunny patio with a cuppa.

Swam yesterday - the sea temperature is not bad at all. A lovely cool down from the heat.

Good news Nana3 well done Greyduster do you get results quickly?
My D has just left for her long drive home. I am at H's mercy until my S gets home from work. D has to get her C ready to go and see their F who now lives 3000 miles away. She will return if we need her.

Everything is okay, apparently; just a bit of diverticular disease, which I already knew I had. Not the most pleasant procedure but the staff were absolutely wonderful. I wouldn't beat you through the doors to do it again in a hurry though!
