Disrupted night's sleep just when I wanted to look refreshed. Meeting an old friend for lunch.

Lovely sunny start here on SE Hampshire coast. More gardening on the agenda today ready for my gardening chums coming round on Friday for coffee and a chat and a look at the garden.

I had a mixed sleep too NanKate . It's a real botheration but seems to be something we just have to put up with. Enjoy your lunch date!

It's a cloudy start here in Aldeburgh, the sea is very flat and sun is forecast for later on. After breakfast we are planning a walk along the 'front' and then a wander back through the town. DH is planning a long walk this afternoon and I am planning a long read!

Good morning from a rainy Colchester. Do you think the muggy weather is affecting our sleep? I feel sluggish this morning.
Better perk up as I have 13 month old DGS2 today. The rain had better stop because we need to go out as he is at the cupboard emptying age!

Lovely morning in the Tyne Valley. Let's hope it is similar in London. We're catching the train in 55 minutes. I am really looking forward to Chelsea after seeing the preview on TV yesterday.
