Mostly clear here in Norfolk - but a nasty little cloud just scuttled through and dropped some small snow/hail type stuff. I know we need a cold snap to kill off all the nasty bugs in the garden, but I'd sort of got used to being a bit warmer. Roll on summer!

It is freezing in every sense of the word here in Stockport. The puddles never thawed out yesterday and it looks colder today. I ventured to the shops yesterday and bought enough for a small siege "just in case".

Good morning. It is pouring down in Malta so the farmers will be heaving a sigh of relief as we have had a very dry winter.

I was up at dawn's crack to attend the funeral, at 8am, of a dear family friend, so a sad start to the day.
