Panto opens tonight! Had horrendous tech rehearsal on Monday with all the techie types getting wound up with one another, and a cast who seemed completely bemused by the fact they were under lights and forgot half of what they knew. Much better dress last night with a lot of wrinkles ironed out but not so good that I'd be worried! Just off to collect snow machine....it'll be all right on the night (gulp)!! Our local Village Players had the first night of short plays last night - 2nd and final night tonight. I am a fairy in a rather black comedy; friends all said I looked the part - sparkly dress, wings - the lot - even corpsing had the audience in fits - apparently it was the best bit...... 
Woohoo! Got through first night without too many dramas! Audience loved it especially the village Rainbows and Brownies 1 down, 4 to go. This is my little corner of the universe until Sunday-stage manager's desk. Have all my little gizmos like pyrotechnic controllers, smoke and snow machine remotes.
