Good morning to you all, there is an unfamiliar bright light in the sky, I think it might be the sun, and after yesterday, which was drizzle all day, it is a relief to see something other than grey. We have not had any summer at all this year, and lordy - it is now the beginning of the football season, with the cricket season still not finished. I was going to write more about football, but will refrain. Enjoy your days.

Good morning from North Leicestershire where it is a bright and sunny start.

Unpacking and a quick trip to the supermarket this morning for me then catching up on emails while DH and DS1 go to watch their team. I hope they don't lose again as they haven't won either of the first two games.

I like the football season PRINTMISS as it guarantees that I get the house to myself once a fortnight and I can watch rubbish tv in peace!

Good morning everyone from another first timer. Beautiful day here too in my bit of Warwickshire. My DH is also of to the tip this morning. He's cut up our old mattress which was blocking up the garage, so naturally I supervised from a safe distance!

Morning all! Lovely sunshine here on SE Hampshire coast after rather a lot of rain over the past three days.

I am still trying to use up the stockpile of frozen foods in the freezer in the garage and it is providing some interesting, if unusual menus. When I finally manage to empty it, I intend to defrost it and sell it then just use the small under-counter built in one in the kitchen. Surely should be big enough for the two of us?
