Surprisingly mild here, I do hope we get some sun today. Plenty of tasks to tackle but seem to have mislaid my enthusiasm somewhere!

Still in bed but the gap in the curtains says it's cloudy. It's mild too. Weekly shop today, actually I don't find this a chore, I know, I'm strange !

Well I wish I had not looked at the forecast. Cloudy, Friday & Saturday. Rain Sunday & Monday, cloudy Tuesday and the sun peeping out of the clouds on Wednesday.

I think I left the rubbish bag outside the club-house yesterday, (I had put it there in order to bring it home for our bin man today, but forgot) Rushing back this a.m. to sort it out in the hope the fox did not get there first. Cloudy and mild in Northumberland this morning, the car told me it is 8°c. Going out to dinner with DH's Best Man and his wife this evening. We try to meet up with them twice a year if it is possible. Work tomorrow morning might be a struggle!

Good morning all. There are dark clouds scudding across a grey sky here in Lanarkshire, no rain yet though.

Waiting in for the gas engineer to carry out the annual boiler check.

Overcast today with a glimpse of blue here and there.
The ironing board has been up for an hour, though it hasn't seen any action yet!

The sun has just come out! I might even find the incentive to leave the computer at this rate! DBH reminded me that I have a very tiring weekend ahead of me, so I am thinking of this strenuous bout of inactivity as energy-saving. I need to sort out more of my lean-to so that I can find space to sow seeds.
