Are you a sluggish snail?

Whilst researching the problem of unsafe drivers I came across this reaction time test.

I am mostly a sluggish snail, but did manage to get to bobcat territory once!

Oh dear!

I am consisently a bobcat! Can't seem to improve on that...

I am very aware that the anti-depressants I am taking slow me down, and I am deliberately avoiding motorways and fast traffic areas. I just potter around locally - hip hurts too much to do otherwise really.

A bobcat here too, a good little test though thanks I'll get OH to try it later grin

Link doesn't work on my smartphone. Will try later on the Kindle.

It doesn't work on iPad, perhaps better not to know!

Sluggish snail! It must be these varifocals!

Interesting - we all seem to be at the lower end of the spectrum - no insult intended. I will get some younger members of the family to try it and see what happens!

Just as well I do not drive, I am an Ambling whatever!

Tegan Thu 19-Feb-15 15:27:09

Bob cat here too.

I think bobcat's right in the middle, isn't it?

Middle of the road, so to speak! grin

I progressed from an ambling armadillo to a rocketing rabbit

I was a sluggish snail, but tried again and was a bobbing bobcat. In reality I`d almost certainly be the sluggish snail!

Eloethan Thu 19-Feb-15 16:37:41

Oh dear, ambling armadillo.

Coolgran65 Thu 19-Feb-15 18:57:06

bobbing bobcat- don't think I could get much faster.....

janerowena Thu 19-Feb-15 19:58:54

Bobbing bobcat - yet I know my reactions are pretty good. When I got one just as it was leaving, I was penalised so after that I think I waited too long - yet it had definitely left because it made it to the second stripe!

rosequartz Thu 19-Feb-15 20:02:37

I'm a bobbing bobcat

Although I did get penalised the first time for shooting too soon so I let them all get to the other side!

There is one which appears to be about to make a break for it but it hesitates - trouble is after the first time you do the test you're aware of it, so how accurate can your score be after multiple 'tries'?
