Good Morning all, not a brilliant forecast for the weekend, had hoped to walk to Docs for my flu jab, but not in the rain.

Good morning, still rather soggy here today. I'm off to Edinburgh to see the John Byrne exhibition at the Portrait Gallery.

It's grey here at the moment but it's our 44th wedding anniversary so a happy day!

Anniversary or not, a trip to Sainsburys calls! Hope they don't remember the mouse!! and possibly a trip to visit mum!

Hello everyone. Watery sun with rain laden clouds not far off in my corner of Northumberland. Let's hope the afternoon is fair as I'm meeting up with a friend for coffee etc. I'll maybe be able to get my new glasses too.

I was expecting my new mobile phone to come today having spent heaven knows how long ordering yesterday and usually these things come early. So here I am up early breakfast and housework done, chicken curry in the oven (pre cooked ready for tonight's dinner after golf) awaiting said parcel when I get a text saying it will be delivered by paul between 1 and 2 pm. I shall be approximately somewhere between the 4th and 5th holes by then. So I go on line and change the delivery day till Tuesday- what do you think will happen!!!!

Good morning from East Sussex. Alternating really heavy downpours with sun. Not much doing today but tomorrow going to Alexander Palace to the Knitting and Stitching show with younger DD. we have a sit down lunch there and really enjoy the day. Hope it's not raining as want to go to the Tower of London before I come home to see the poppies.
