I realise that this is a long shot and will probably get me nowhere but I've thought about this a lot over the last few days.
On Wednesday afternoon my friend and I, on a short break in London, were happily strolling along the South Bank, enjoying the sun. A very attractive lady ( mid to late sixties I'd guess) was walking towards, us accompanied by a friend. Just as I was admiring her outfit - wide trousers and floaty top- she tumbled and fell, bumping her forehead which started to bleed. My friend and I stopped to help her up and ask if she was ok. She insisted that she was fine, thanked us and allowed her friend to take her to a nearby seat.
I hope she 's well and recovered. She looked so nice and was so charming to us despite her fall , I just can't help wondering if she's one of us.
What's one health habit you've started that's actually made a difference?
