Greyish here in North Leicestershire this morning.

I'm going to visit mum today and also trying to up date my admin.

Good morning Michael and Kitty sun just breaking through here in Warwickshire.

Grey but calm in East Sussex. We go to spend the day with my sister and her husband today. They have been married nearly 60 years. I am fond of my sister but she is very difficult at times. Perhaps we all are but I have never grown out of her older daughter insistence. Will be glad when the day is over. Isn't that terrible.

It's a bit 'iffy' here, sunny but with a dark cast to the sky that looks ominous!

Back at the chiropractors this afternoon. He's making me feel like a spring chicken again! Apparently I've had a twisted pelvis for the last year or so, and I thought I was heading for my own zimmer!
I can't believe how much better I'm feeling.

It's back to normal for me today as DD1 and SiL went back this morning. They had lovely weather, hot but fresh and pleasant as well. It seems more humid today but it might just be that I'm not 'on holiday' any more and can't be as lazy relaxed as I have been.

Lona, last year I was in a lot of pain and taking about an hour to straighten up when I got out of bed in the morning. The doctor insisted it was arthritis and I thought I was like it for life. When I was able to see my usual chiropractor back in UK was cured with just one treatment. My pelvis was lopsided and out of line. It was such a relief.
