Morning all. Seems to be okay here in Somerset; can't hear any rain at least.

[sun] in East Sussex but a little chilly. Spent yesterday evening on my least favourite taste called un knitting. I decided that I wanted a longer body to a jumper, but it's a very complicated pattern with 200 stitches so the amount I UN knitted was about one evenings work.

Wet and grey in N Leicestershire this morning.

Today a friend and I are going out to a lovely farm shop for a coffee before she has her next round of chemo. The last lot meant she was ill for ages after so it might be our last outing for a while.

This afternoon I'm babysitting while DD3 has her hair cut and coloured.

Good morning to you all, another bright morning here on the south coast, and after a rather hectic day yesterday at Amberley Museum - such a lot of chat and noise, so much catching up to do - feel a bit exhausted, but I must do a little bit of housework today, everything is sadly neglected and although the sun is lovely, it does shine on the dusty bits. Good morning everyone, its a fair day here in my part of Scotland but forecast tells us that rough weather is on the way. Really busy day today coffee with friend this morning, choir this afternoon and a night out with ex colleagues this evening. Should be a nice day.

Grandchild no four has very bad stomach bug into its third day so her mum has me on picking the kids up from school, a drive of 19 miles each way. I do not mind especially in this lovely weather.

This morning my now 36 yr old first born son is having a dodgy looking mole removed.

He is going to the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead, round the corner from where he lives.
This was where Sir Archibald Macindoe did a lot of pioneering work with badly injured airmen in the last war. At least he is in a unit with a great deal of expertise in dermatology.

However being in full "mummy mode" I am worried about what any biopsy results may show.

Of course you are worried nelliemoser and you won't take any notice of us telling you not to be. I'll just say - hope you get good news very soon.

Lots of folk have already signed in - does that mean they're ready to get 'up & at 'em' and housework will be done, cooking and shopping, letters written, sorting out the gas company sorted and all tasks completed by coffee time? I sometimes have days like that, though thankfully not too often!

A grey day, at the moment, but temperatures are climbing all the time.

Again, like yesterday, beautiful sunny day and according to the weather report on the BBC this morning looks like we may have more of the same next week. Off to the gym, boring, but will walk by the river at Hampton Court later, not boring!

Piddling down in my part of Leicestershire too.

I guess the guys coming to 'top' my trees won't be around today. Nor the washing done on the 2 beds we stripped yesterday. [grotty day emoticon]

It's stopped in this bit Pogs. but it is still miserable!!

Good morning, sunny and bright here. Lovely deep blue sky, I was enjoying it while hanging out the washing and saw an enormous eagle silhouetted above the field.
