Saw an advert today stating that all Karcher washers can be used from a water butt! I have the patio cleaner attachment which is wonderful, as easy as Hoovering and less messy than the ordinary lance fitment. I only use it annually and have not bothered this year. I am trying to be responsible and not going to plant much in pots this year to save on watering.
