You are buying a voucher from Wowcher to purchase the item from a third party.
You should have received an e mail with a code from them. That gives you all the instructions and information you need to purchase the cooler.
Have you checked your emails and spam emails for this?

I am not sure of this, but I would also check out that if you end up buying from a third party you may not have the protection that you have using a credit card, or buying from the actual vendor. I am extremely distrustful of anything these days, which is a shame that you have to live like that, and yes lets have GN's with knowledge lawyers, trade description people , giving us the lowdown and then give warnings .

I am just listening to a radio 4 programme , which is discussing using QR codes and all the various scams going on , with such as bogus car park paying things. But now they are talking about yet another scam that you need to watch out so that you are asked to pay a 0 pence , but that is then used to get your details and take money from your bank and once they have your details they can take amounts that you may not immediately see as a scam. I am sure that the great GN population to pass on anything they learn. I do have a credit card and will use it in places that I am satisfied to trust. But I am that oldfashioned person, that you see in the cafe or new restaurant paying with cash, yes real money. Fingers crossed , I am keeping myself away from all these scammers, but these b-----d's find even more ways to con us all. More power to GN's contacts to help to keep us safe.

DD1 uses them a lot - especially for weekend breaks and never had a problem. I took advantage when of a dogfood offer, but that’s all.

They are not a direct retailer.

Like everything you do need to read all the small print and research to ensure you are actually getting a bargain and the discount they claim.

For most goods and services you purchase a “voucher” then once said voucher is received, you redeem this directly on the retailers site from which you wish to purchase.

They are a perfectly legit organisation.

I've used them before and never had any problems, usually for meal deals - but I do prefer Itison, which is a similar site. As others have said, you're buying a voucher, which you then have to redeem with the actual retailer. The main 'hiccup' I've found you have to watch out for, especially for meals/breaks etc, is that the dates can be very limited, so you do need to pay attention to the terms and conditions for each deal.

I too have used Wowchers without any problems not for any clubs but just things I ve seen advertised that look fine and yes they have been ok and never had any monetary problem with them.
I have recently made two boobs myself Gransruleok , both by not doing what I tell everyone else to do (research) I saw an advert for an arthritis cream and it was all endorsed by Dragons den, well I sent my money off and I did get the cream which was useless anyway, but lo and behold I find out through research, (which I should have done first) that Dragons den have not endorsed any cream at all The second I did almost at the sane time, I saw a lovely cardie on a Breast cancer research advert, so believing the sale was directly through breast cancer research also it wasn’t dirt cheap, I sent for it I got a little wary when it took a couple of weeks to arrive but it did arrive on the day they said it would, ,,,, but oh my word it’s made of thin Temu / Shein type material, no makers label, no washing instructions label, no size label no material label, so obviously straight out of a Chinese sweat shop.
I won’t get caught again for sure but I m cross that I didn’t do any research as I m definitely not an impulsive person and always tell others to look them up on Trust pilot I was lulled by the names but I ll be more aware in future and now you ve all heard my story you will be too hopefully

Btw You HAVE to claim your voucher, this is what you’ve purchased in order to get your cooling unit. Check your emails, including, spam asap
