Winter Fuel Allowance not paid yet

Hi, this is my first post so not sure if I am in the right place.
My wife has had the WFA for many years but this year it has not arrived in the Bank anybody know who to contact and how. Email would be best as We are overseas at the moment.
Also she gets £200 should I be getting it as well or is £200 the maximum for a couple not on any benefits other than OAP she is70 I am just under 65.

If you are both of an age to receive WFA then you will get £100 each.

There is something very wrong surely if your allowance hasn't been paid by now?In UK we get ours in NOV. or could be early DEC. But It may be different overseas.It's £200 per household only.

Do you mean you are just out of the country or that you live abroad. Receiving your £100 each could depend where you are located.
