Ingredients2 cloves garlic (chopped)
I red chilli (chopped)
2.5cm/I" fresh ginger (chopped)
2 pak choi (sliced)
2 skinless salmon steaks (cut into bite-sized pieces)
Packet of fresh egg noodles (rinsed)
2 large handfuls fresh spinach
Soy sauce and freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp light olive oil or vegetable oil. |
Handy Hint
This is a very simple, tasty meal. If prepared beforehand it only takes a few minutes to cook. |
Method1. Heat the oil and fry the garlic, chilli and ginger for 1 minute, stirring constantly
2. Add the pak choi and stir fry for another 3 minutes.
3. Add the salmon chunks and stir fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add the noodles, keep stirring until heated though and add soy sauce and pepper to taste.
5. Finally stir in spinach until wilted.
