Ingredients

Swede
Creme fraiche
Nutmeg
Black Pepper

Method

1. Peel & dice the swede into 1cm cubes, place in cold water and bring to the boil - simmer until soft (about 20 mins but will depend on the swede)
2. Drain well & place back in saucepan & place over a low heat.
3. Mash until smooth then add 1 tbsp creme fraiche per 4 people. Add freshly grated nutmeg & pepper to taste
