Potatoes
Olive oil
Butter
Salt

Make sure the potatoes are evenly cut.

Method

1. First wash the potatoes and cut them into even slices. Then boil them in salted water for 10-15 minutes until soft.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan and then add the potatoes. 3. Heat them until browned and then repeat on other side. Serve with salt and pepper to season.
