Ingredients50g fresh baby spinach leaves (check if washed or not)A knob of butter 1 sweet potato (baked with a little butter & parmesan - if liked - and cooled 125ml milk |
Handy HintUse this as a base and add chopped/minced chicken, fish etc. Purée for babies but chopped for toddlers |

Method1. Steam spinach for two minutes or so until wilted.2. Remove spinach from pan, squeeze out any excess water. 3. Melt butter in pan & sauté spinach for one minute. Open baked potato and scoop out the flesh, then blend with sautéed spinach & milk to a purée. | |||||||||||||||||||
