Just to answer this from personal experience...the two guys running the small brewery and restaurant in the Dordogne are two miles from my home. Their enterprise is going from strength to strength - currently relatively quiet as its winter - but great plans for the coming season and we are all very proud of them here. They come across on the show as most competent and positive - and they truly are.
