A very watchable film starring the gorgeous Liam Neeson as a widowed rancher whose property is on the border between the USA and Mexico. He encounters illegal immigrants trying to cross the border all the time but he makes a promise to a Mexican woman to help her son get to relatives in Chicago.

I watched this last night and it was very good and heartwarming but lots of action with the drugs cartel who wanted to kill the little boy. Liam Neeson was excellent.

I agree Liam Neeson was very good but I am a big fan of his. I was moved towards the end when the little boy asked him if he missed his wife and he replied, ‘every day’. He must have been thinking of his own wife who died in 2009 after a skiing accident.
