Silent Witness 6/9

I watched the two episodes back to back last night and just suspended belief.
I found it impossible to believe that a major crime lab would be run and worked by just two people.
Who does the cleaning, no morgue attendants, no receptionists and one lone police officer in a murder enquiry, just a work of fantasy.
I will give it one more go then that's it.

This new series has been very disappointing. Definitely need more characters to liven it up. Miss Clarissa. Is Nikki now head of the dept and what happened to her American boyfriend?

We watched Part 1, and I decided to go for A House Through Time instead of trawling through Part 2 of SW. Glad I did. Nikki Alexander is very annoying without the foils of Clarissa and that head of department - can't remember his name.

I miss Clarissa too, she was the heart and moxie of that show. What is she in now? She is one of a small list of actors that I’d watch in anything they did, even if outside my taste. Sandra Oh is another.

I miss Clarissa the most. I got a bit sidetracked because the actress playing the prisoner's girlfriend was in the Harry Potter films as Luna Lovegood. I struggled to see her in a different role. Agree with lots of other posters. Something is lacking.

Not just me then! It felt as if there were budget restrictions and only enough to pay a few, not particularly good, actors. The senior Police Officer was not credible, the lack of staff in the lab, even if just in the background was unrealistic. House in Time for me from now on I think.

Sarnia So the girlfriend was Luna Lovegood? I did wonder and forgot to check the credits. Wasn't sure if it was her without any of her loony earrings.
