Commiserations Sparklefizz. I sympathise as I had a double tooth out 10 days ago after a lot of pain with an infected root.
Keep eating soft food to let it all heal, and do salt water rinses.
Puréed Christmas Turkey meal will still taste very nice - I mean it sincerely - (or whatever you are planning to have) ?
