If you have Virgin tv it's on 862 tonight 7:30 and from memory you can get it on Sky though don't know the number, or catch up as Luckygirl says

On BBC1 tonight at 7.30. The Outer Hebrides, some of the islands where I live, I am sure the scenery will be lovely to watch
