Bl**dy Wednesdays!

The one night of the week when three programmes that I fancy watching are all on at the same time! Ok, admittedly I can watch one of them on the "plus" bit, but that doesn't help with the other one! I've given up recording, partly because the recorder is being a bit temperamental at the moment, but also because I never seem to get round to watching things I have recorded.blush

I never go through to the sitting room (the only room in the house with a TV) until 7.30pm, but I will occasionally watch something on BBC iplayer, or 4 on demand (or whatever it is) via the PC.

Sorry for the rant, don't know why I bothered really because no doubt it will all come round again! grin

Same problem here, phoenix. I'll have to watch Celebrity Bake Off on iPlayer. DH refuses to give up Midsomer Murders so we watch the first half then flick over to Wolf Hall then watch the rest of MM on +1 but by then I'm struggling to remember what's happened confused

Not just me then! grin

Although I'm not going to confess as to exactly to which programmes I referred! blush

I try to catch up on the laptop while DH is watching Time Team or extreme fishing or Homes Under The Hammer etc.

It just takes a bit of organisation. I set Bakeoff to record 8.30 - 9.30; also 24 Hours in A&E 9 - 10; and watched Alaska, Earth's Frozen Kingdom 8 - 9. Now I am catching up on Bakeoff and after that I can watch A&E. If I want to watch Wolf Hall I can watch it on I-player. Simples!
