Not the same without Wogan.

Wogan saw the funny side of Eurovision but Graham Norton taps in to it's frivoloty and campness. He also [unlike Wogan] seems genuinely interested in the songs [either that or he's done his homework. He was an inspired choice to present it.

When Wogan referred to the Danish presenters as 'Dr Death and the Tooth Fairy', I thought he wouldn't last much longer but I think he did carry on for a few more years. It's probably not a description that would occur to Graham Norton!

I've just watched last night's semi final.

I am shocked. Ireland are OUT. I thought it was OK

Countries voted out were. Lithuania. Israel. Macedonia. Georgia.Ireland.

DARN IT; have realised the show is on at the same time as the German series I've been watching on Saturday night.

Can`t wait for tonight`s extravaganza at DS we are a mad Eurovision family and always have a party although all of can`t get there this year. We start off with a Chinese Takeaway followed by drawing a country out of the hat £5 each into the kitty and winner takes all. Bring it on.

Just started and the good old English language has won already! Wouldn't mind being there. Much better to see European young people enjoying themselves instead of fighting each other. Good luck to Molly!

The production is good and it is moving at a good pace me thinks.

Some good songs so far. Like Iceland, Greece, France and Russia.

I think the French song is the best so far but I quite liked the Romanian entry as well.

I will find out who won tomorrow when I read the newspaper. I cannot stand it because of its political overtones.

What about the Cheeky Girls for Poland then ?

Heck The Netherlands was good wasn't it.
