The Paul Miller Show

Although I live in Buckinghamshire I catch the Paul Miller show every night via Radio Berkshire. I think Paul's show is broadcast over the whole of the South of England and via the Internet.

It very much caters for our age range and is great fun, with quizzes, call ins and some music and nothing depressing.

I often fall asleep in the middle of the Show 10.00 - 1.00 whilst wearing my ear phone and turn it off later.

If you have trouble sleeping or find you worry at night when you are lying awake, I suggest you listen in. I find it very comforting.
