I saw this film at the weekend - apart from a few minutes when the heat of the cinema sent me to sleep. It's a well-paced film and well acted. I did get slightly confused about who was conning whom but it all became clear in the end. There was a temptation to compare it with The Sting but it's of a different era, though I must confess I prefer Newman and Redford's laid-back style to the more frenetic performances of Christian Bale and Bradley Cooper. Amy Adams and Jennifer Lawrence as the two female leads were outstanding - though I was a bit worried about Adams's cleavage at times!
