was the best thing I've seen on TV for a long time, so much more enjoyable than "Parade's End" which I still find difficulty getting into. It was well acted and real fun to watch

I caught the end (typical) I will try and track it down and watch it.

I'm sorry I missed it, now you've said how good it was moomin. I'll try and find it.

Ooh glass but now you know the ending sad (which you may know anyway if you've read the book by Daphne du Maurier!)

Absolutely loved it. Not one person taking their clothes off or trying to swallow somebody els's tongue
Makes me sound like a prude, but believe me, I'm not.

person trying to swallow somebody else's tongue always elicited the remark'' save some for supper'' from my mother. it always makes me smile.

Loved this, too. DH recorded it to watch, I didn't much fancy the TV play having read the book many years ago, but it won me over. Where was it filmed - does anyone know? I wish they would state where any plays are filmed, so often they look the kind of place that would be worth a visit!
