Is the female judge- 'Jessie J'-real or just a composite created for the show and to appeal to the audience ? Surely she can't speak and act the way she does when at home?!

Jessie J is real, she was in the Sunday Times rich list and is worth 5 million! She was also mentioned on Women's Hour this morning because she is 'bi-sexual but not gay'. Don't all TV personalities behave differently on screen to in their normal lives? She went to the Brit School so presumably was taught to behave in a way which sells.
