A short trip to Paris on Eurostar, in the Spring. Then I’m in the planning stage of travelling to the major Canadian cities of Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa and Quebec by train. Might be able to do them all.

We're going to Lake Garda next Summer. We've talked about going there for years and have finally got round to it.

We're booked for Madeira in February. A favourite place and a relaxing hotel. Just a break during the winter.
Otherwise I'm thinking about a solo trip to Cape town to see family in the summer as DH plans to be v busy competing in his vintage car.

DD2 has been to New York 42 times and says that’s still not enough Kate1949 😂

I’ll be waiting to see what my travelling companions - DD2, BF and Sister in Las have in mind. I’m easy and will fit in with them. It’s been Cyprus x2 and New York this year.

This year we went on holiday for the first time in a few years. We went to Venice and later to Bude. I suggested going back to Venice next year but my DH said 'No. Five times really is enough' Spoilsport.

We are considering a longer winter break in January. Possibly to Cyprus a place we’ve never been to. Any advice would be appreciated.

Waiting to see if our family are planning a Feb half term break and we may go away with them if so.

We will also book places for May and end of September. We do love Majorca but also wanting to try new places ie Sicily and a return to the Italian Lakes. I would like to do a short trip to Rome too.

After waiting on surgery dates this year it’s now all completed so I intend making up for lost time.

We've just returned from Cyprus this last week - whilst there we've booked a trip to Thailand in April and decided to have a month in Cyprus in October. Never been to Thailand so looking forward to that, been to Cyprus numerous times and decided it's our happy place so off we go back

We have booked to go to the Isles of Scilly next summer. We went last year for the first time and loved it. I am thrilled to be going back.

I’d plan the holidays and your DH and his friends can work around them . Otherwise you’ll never go away .
