Recently our trip from Nice to Edinburgh we believe was delayed at take off by 3hrs and 15minutes only to be told by the airline in question that it was delayed by 3hrs and 3 minutes. The airline say our arrival was only 2hrs and 15 minutes and we're not eligible for reimbursement. We're not even going to receive our extra fuel costs because we don't have a receipt. I'm so scunnered by the run around and will think twice about flying with this airline again. Has anyone got any advice on this matter it would be much appreciated.
