Jumpspeak language learning app - HELP

Is anyone using this? I have bought a year's subscription but I'm finding it really difficult to use and it's very buggy. It won't let me access the day I missed, or go back to previous lessons. I can't find a decent blow-by-blow 'how to use this app' guide anywhere. Can anyone help? I am trying to contact their help desk but no response to date.

Sorry I can’t help, but thanks for the heads up about the problems you’re having. That app provider is always on Facebook at the moment saying how rubbish Duolingo is and how you should use Jumpspeak.
I hope you managed to get things sorted.

Hi Mollygo - I think I should move this post to Technology, but I don’t know how! I have to say, though, that the couple of lessons I have managed to navigate are very good, so really hoping to sort it out with Jumpspeak techs.
