Wristwatches!

I don’t wear a proper wristwatch although I do wear a Fitbit - so I guess that kind of counts! ?

I always wear a small wristwatch and I'd feel a bit lost without it. You can't always get a reliable signal with a mobile phone, plus you have to fish it out of your bag or pocket - a watch is easier and faster.

I would feel naked without mine too - on the few occasions I have been without it I find myself constantly checking out my wrist. MrA has stopped wearing his, says he carries his phone all the time so doesn't need it. I rarely carry my phone.

I always wear a watch. My son gave me this on over 20 years ago. I would hate to be without it.

Mine comes off only for baths and showers.

I always wear a watch. A Fitbit during the day and a more dressy one if I go out. I’d be lost without one. Most people now have their phone constantly in their hands.

I wear a watch 24 hours a day, cannot imagine not having one on my wrist.

I have two that I alternate.

I’ve worn a watch since I was 11. Can’t imagine not having one.

I always wear a watch and still find it most odd when people look at their phone when asked the time.

I'm a bit haphazard. I prefer to wear a watch, and have a nice neat, waterproof one. However (see thread about pinnies) I love to cook, and am messy.
I take my watch off otherwise it will get bread dough, tomato sauce, cake batter, you name it, in its nooks and crannies.
So I take it off, and it goes into my capacious apron pocket, and I forget to put it on again......
But I would never look at my phone if asked the time, as that would mean having to find it!

I used to wear one every day in the office, but took it as soon as got in from work. I couldn’t stand it when working in the garden.

I don’t wear one at all now I have retired, I tend to look at my mobile, but most times when I am in the garden I don’t care what time it is I go in when I feel like it.

I took my watch off the day I retired and haven’t worn one since. If I need to know my phone will tell me.

I always wear my watch when I go out but not at home.

I always wear my watch when I go out, I don't bother at home as I gave a clock or two in every room.
I wear a little rectangular black citizen watch that my husband gave me for Christmas 38 years ago. It has only ever had two batteries.

I always wear a watch although I usually have a mobile with me it is often in my bag or zipped into a pocket. I have a 15 year old swatch which is still working well despite swimming in the sea in it last week. I also have a couple of "posh" watches which come out for special occasions. I guess I am a bit old fashioned but I'm not someone who is constantly looking at a mobile.

I'm a constant watch wearer, since I was ten years old. I feel utterly lost without one, in spite of my smart phone.

I wear a watch when I go out, appointments and meetings etc but tend to not bother at home as there's a clock in most rooms.
However, I must stop putting my mobile near my watch, the small magnet on the phone case stops the watch!

My grandchildren don’t wear watches, mainly I suspect because it is so easy to check the phones that they are attached to permanently.

I was given my first watch for Christmas just after my 11th birthday as that was the age my father considered I’d be responsible enough to take care of it. I’ve worn one ever since and do feel odd when I occasionally forget to put it on before I leave the house. The same goes for earrings and a favourite ring.

My watch is guaranteed to be water resistant (not waterproof, that's never said any longer) to a depth of 150 metres, and it virtually never comes off my wrist.
I wriggle it up and down my wrist in the shower etc to get clean underneath it, but otherwise, it stays put.
My sleeping attire is a smile and my watch!
