Boots for skinny legs

A friend had the same problem, I think I googled something like "slim fitting boots" and found a website where ALL of their boots can be ordered in a variety of leg widths, from sparrow to pretty darned big!

Yes, there is that site (it used to be Duo but name has changed now) where you can order different widths, but the boots are certainly not cheap!

I bought a pair of Camper boots from Amazon a couple of years ago which fitted my skinny calves, but I have noticed that so many of the 'ordinary' brands seem to be a lot bigger around the top than they used to be. Sign of the times, I suppose...

Yes that's the only problem. Boots for skinny legs are expensive. All, or so it seems to me, boots come now for the wider calf, expanding elastic and zip, and nowt for us skinnies! A sign of the times indeed

I have narrow feet and slim calves. I get my footwear from Special Feetures. They are expensive but very good.
I have some long boots from Dune that fit well too.
I get miffed that retailers cater for wide fittings and not for us.

Me too.
My shoes are padded with insoles and foam.
My best foot friends are laces and straps.

Boots .... even the jeggings tucked in I can get my hands down the insides.
Impossible to order anything on line.

I've got skinny legs too but wear boots that come just above the ankle.
For me, it's boots that keep my feet warm and dry, so furlined.
Before you could get winter boots (?early '60s) I always had chilblains in the winter, but now that's a thing of the past.

My legs are not that skinny, but I have the same problem. Wouldn't want to order over Internet, cos you really need to try boots on, and too much hassle to keep sending back. I did get a pair last year in Debenhams, they aren't tight fitting but look ok.

I have short legs finding long boots that are not too long can be a problem.

I have bought from the James Inglis catalogue for many year.
